World of S.&H.

Sustainability

Our garments are made-to-order. We do not produce or keep excess inventory.  We work with skilled artisans worldwide who are experts on pattern cutting, dressmaking, embroideries and fabrications, and each of those elements is specific to our pieces.  We use organic luxury fabrics wherever possible.

We also upcycle constantly. A ballgown overskirt becomes a flowing cape, a long evening gown becomes a cocktail ensemble. If you have a luxury garment that you would like re-purposed, we can re-design it for you.

True sustainability requires science as well as innovation. We look forward to incorporating bio-fabricated materials as soon as they become available to us.

S.&H. Vision

Savage & Hunt represents artistry, craftmanship and quality. Our tone is understated but powerful.

We produce small, highly curated collections, working with couture pattern cutters and dressmakers in London and Paris and expert manufacturers around the world. Each piece is carefully designed to portray emotion, romance, dreams and mystery. We are not another brand of today, but a brand caught in time, creating artifacts to span generations.

The Designer

“I am a designer, but I am also a storyteller. Each design serves as evidence of the magical world living inside the mind’s eye - the world of adventure, wonder, and ideal beauty imagined in childhood. My objective is to complete the story by revealing here, in the flesh, a most exceptional protagonist: you, the wearer.

After all, every woman has a story to celebrate.

It is my goal to dress each of my clients in a way that realizes the power of her own presence, and of her accomplishments. Such a realization is liberating. It is powerful. Using my abilities to facilitate that realization is an acutely reciprocal experience.

SAVAGE & HUNT is designed as a tool as much as it is a brand. Its mission is to serve women internationally who are facing make-or-break challenges in a not-so-magical world. Though these women usually fall outside of my commercial targets, they are at the forefront of my ambition. My goal is to acknowledge the tremendous strength of these larger-than-life protagonists, strength that perhaps even they have yet to realize.”
